3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Standard delivery time is 10–12 business days, with an option for expedited shipping at an additional cost of $30.
Jacketary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Our Return & Exchange Policy and Order Cancellation Policy apply to all purchases.
Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement; shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.
