Refund Policy

At Jacketary, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed and under what conditions customers may qualify for a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested for eligible orders within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy
  • The product must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The return request must be approved by our support team

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Altered products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Returns submitted after the 30-day return period
  • Unauthorized returns

3. Refund Approval Process

Once your returned item is received:

  1. The item will be inspected
  2. Eligibility will be verified
  3. You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection


If approved, the refund process will begin immediately.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item sent by Jacketary

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact sales@jacketary.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and supporting photos


Once verified, Jacketary may provide:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • Return shipping assistance where applicable

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.
