Order Cancellation Policy

At Jacketary, we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process for our customers.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

2. Orders After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing, fulfillment, or production.
For this reason, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be declined.
3. Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
4. Custom or Personalized Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all customization details before submitting an order.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
