1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Not show signs of alteration, misuse, or damage caused by the customer


Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Altered items
  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Products returned without prior authorization

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or eligible alternative product:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected


Product availability may affect exchange processing.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.

Upon verification, Jacketary may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • Return shipping assistance where applicable

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Jacketary if the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Processing of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Once the inspection is completed, customers will be notified regarding the approval of their return or exchange request.
