Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Our order fulfillment process follows a systematic schedule:
- Daily order processing closes at 12:00 PM (CT), Central Time (Chicago, IL).
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
- Standard transit time is approximately 8–9 business days.
- The total estimated delivery timeframe is 10–12 business days from the date of order placement.
Note: During holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
To ensure reliable service, Jacketary partners with trusted global courier companies including FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
Tracking numbers are assigned to each order and shared via email once your package has been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
Jacketary provides worldwide shipping, delivering premium outerwear to customers across the globe.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs due to carrier restrictions.
Shipments to remote or limited-service areas may require additional time for delivery. In such cases, our support team will notify you of any expected delays.
Shipping Charges
- Jacketary offers Free Standard Shipping worldwide (10–12 working days).
- For urgent orders, an Expedited Shipping option is available at an additional charge of $30, with delivery within 6–8 working days.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs displayed at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees as required by their local customs authorities.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
A tracking number and courier link will be provided via email once your package is dispatched.
A final delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order is marked as delivered.
Order Receiving
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize another person to receive the package on your behalf.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any visible damage or shipment issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check all possible delivery locations, including your front door, mailbox, or with neighbors.
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
- If the issue persists, contact us at sales@jacketary.com and our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter. A reshipment or refund will be arranged if necessary.
