30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return
- The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please provide image or video evidence when requesting a return.
- Returns are only accepted after receiving proper authorization from our support team.
Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Used items or items missing original tags.
- Cancellations after the order has been dispatched.
- If a customer fails to confirm order details (such as incomplete address or verification), only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- Returns requested without a valid reason or for trial use only.
Return Process
To request a return, please email us at sales@jacketary.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photo evidence. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect, in which case Jacketary will cover the return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
We also offer an exchange option for size, color, or product variation issues.
Exchange Eligibility
- The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
- A valid reason for the exchange must be provided.
- Exchanges are available only if the wrong item, size, or color was received.
Exchange Process
Contact us at sales@jacketary.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, you will be asked to return the product via a trackable courier and share the tracking number. After inspection, if the item meets the exchange conditions, your new item will be dispatched within 15 business days.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was on Jacketary’s part.
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or used will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Exchanges are processed free of charge; however, any customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Restocking Fees
Jacketary does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
