At Jacketary, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee applies for any returns or exchanges.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at sales@jacketary.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Exchange Policy
At Jacketary, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we will provide a brand-new replacement item at no additional product cost.
The purchaser is only responsible for covering the reshipping cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@jacketary.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide an exchange or refund.
