Return & Exchange Policy

At Jacketary, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee applies for any returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@jacketary.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Exchange Policy

At Jacketary, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we will provide a brand-new replacement item at no additional product cost.

  • The purchaser is only responsible for covering the reshipping cost.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at sales@jacketary.com with your order details.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@jacketary.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide an exchange or refund.
