At Jacketary, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation:

• Within 24 hours: Orders are eligible for cancellation with a full refund.

• After 24 hours: Orders can no longer be canceled as they move into the processing and fulfillment phase.

• Shipped orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item within 30 days under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds:

• Refunds for successfully canceled orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are refundable only if the cancellation occurs before the order has been processed for shipment.
