30-Day Return Window

Any eligible item can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Eligible for Return?

• Items must be in original condition with intact price tags and packaging.
• Defective items requires supporting documentation such as image or video of received parcel to claim the return eligibility.
• All returns will be initiated after the proper authorization from our team.

What’s NOT Eligible?

• Customized orders.
• Used or without tags items.
• Cancellations after order has been dispatched.
• Unconfirmed orders by customers will be refund partially (50%)
• Items returned without a genuine reason
• Single-use trial purchases (e.g. used once then returned)

Return Process

• You can email us at: sales@jacketary.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Please mention order number along with reason for return and clear photos of item received (if applicable).
• Jacketary team will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
• Customer holds a responsibility of return shipping.

Additional Notes

• Unauthorized returns are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
• Items returned in compromised or utilized condition are ineligible for reimbursement.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s sole responsibility, except in cases of company error.
