Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@jacketary.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide an exchange or refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
